NOVA Excavating and Equipment LTD, also known as RPM Contracting, owned by Chantal Vallee provides a full range of utility installation, construction, repairs and maintenance for underground utility and power services and overhead powerline. Commonly known in the Community as NOVA RPM, these companies have a shared service model to enhance service delivery by sharing resources across the organizations. Our vision to keep local people working, reflects our values of supporting local people, local economy and local community.
In response to the growing demand for comprehensive services, we recently launched our RPM Contracting Division. This expansion allows us to offer excavation and utilities services, further enhancing our ability to handle complex commercial projects from start to finish.
